After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a day of ordering.
We will attempt to send your goods via Courier within 1-5 Business days;
However, if goods are unavailable, delivery will take a little longer.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform Studio Nova if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us we will lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Without limiting the operation of other Terms and Conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
